Collection: Trademarks

Trademarks by Jurisdiction

What tends to go wrong (and we quietly handle in the background)

  • Imitators slip into search, marketplaces, or even domain names using your brand elements.
  • Platforms or partners (ad networks, app stores, payment providers, distributors) ask for proof of ownership and put things on hold.
  • You enter a new country and later discover a conflicting mark blocks your rollout or licensing.
  • The name works locally but collides abroad due to prior rights or look‑alikes.
  • Local formalities, translations, and timing windows burn weeks you don’t have.

How it works

  1. Express pre‑check (24–48h)
Basic clearance search, Nice classes scoping, and filing strategy (use / intent).
  2. Kick‑off within 72h
We collect applicant details, goods/services list, and files (word mark / logo). We prepare the filing pack with a local partner.
  3. Filing & tracking
We file with the local office (e.g., USPTO / EUIPO / IP Australia / UK IPO / IPOS SG / HKIPD) and monitor deadlines, office actions, and publications.
  4. Enforcement‑ready docs
You get the official filing receipt, status links, and a simple playbook for takedowns on marketplaces and ad platforms.

What you get (deliverables)

  • Pre‑check memo (classes, risk notes, recommended scope).
  • Filing of one mark (word or device) in one jurisdiction for up to 3 classes (more available on add‑ons).
  • Official filing receipt + reference numbers.
  • Status tracking and reminders until registration or final refusal.
  • Simple brand‑enforcement kit (templates for marketplace takedowns & ads verification).

Add‑ons (optional)

  • Extra classes / extra marks.
  • Evidence of use compilation.
  • Office action responses (substantive or procedural).
  • Priority claims (Paris Convention) packaging.
  • Recordal with marketplaces (Amazon Brand Registry, etc.).

Not included: government/official fees, translation/legalization costs (if any), and third‑party oppositions or litigation. We’ll quote those case‑by‑case before you commit.

FAQs

Is the pre‑check a full clearance search?
No. It’s a practical risk screen for go/no‑go. Full attorney searches are available as an add‑on.

Can I file multiple classes or marks?
Yes—priced per extra class/mark.

Do you handle office actions?
Yes. Substantive responses are quoted once we see the examiner’s objections.

Refund policy?
If the pre‑check suggests not to file, we refund the service fee (less the pre‑check). After filing, fees are not refundable.
