  • Negotiation support: email templates + first counters; where possible we remove unnecessary intermediaries.
  • Risk notes: basic compliance checks, references (when available), and red-flag summary.
  • Handover: action checklist from shortlist to PO, with direct links to QC & Samples and Freight & Customs Snapshot.

Where we actually work

China

  • If you need breadth, this is the ecosystem. Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong—components next door, backup vendors two calls away, freight options on tap. The trick isn’t “finding a factory”; it’s writing an RFQ that keeps scope tight, then managing samples and payment milestones so costs don’t drift. We’ll help you do exactly that.

India

Strong materials, sensible MOQs, real people who’ll jump on a call to solve a problem. Ludhiana/Jalandhar (metal & tools), Tamil Nadu (textiles/leather), Delhi-NCR (mixed).
Use it when you want value without racing to the bottom. Plan finishing and timelines early; when you do, India delivers.

Taiwan

For teams who obsess over tolerances. Shorter runs are realistic, DFM chats are straight, and specs don’t “interpret themselves.” You’ll pay more than China; you get repeatability and calm.

  • Typical win: precision metal/plastics, molds, small assemblies.
  • Ask up front: tooling ownership, maintenance, and re-cut policies.

Bangladesh

We don’t push it by default. When the program fits—denim, heavy knits, volume basics—it works. The non-negotiables are capacity booking, QC footprint from day one, and a schedule everyone actually respects. If those aren’t locked, we’d rather say no.

Spain & Portugal (EU origin)

Small batches, high finish, days not weeks to get samples moving, and COEU peace of mind. Great when you need “Made in EU,” quick replenishment, or you’re selling close to your customer.

Yes, unit cost is higher. Often offset by lower duty/freight, fewer stock-outs, and easier returns.

South America

Mexico, Colombia, Brazil & Argentina. Nearshore can be the right move when your demand is in the Americas and flexibility beats a cheaper unit cost. Time-zone overlap helps. Paperwork matters more here—get customs and certifications aligned early and routes stay smooth.

Australia

Use local when control, compliance optics, or government tenders matter more than COGS. Prototypes, pilot runs, critical sub-assemblies—fast feedback, fewer mistranslations. Once the build is nailed, we can decide what shifts offshore and what stays.

United States

“Made in USA” still opens doors: retailer trust, traceability, tighter SLAs. Lead times are sane, contracts are cleaner, IP risk is lower.

  • When it makes sense: regulated categories, premium positioning, short-lead replenishment.
  • Mindset: higher COGS, but reduced freight/duty, faster cash cycles, and higher sell-through can more than balance.
